Kaiko, a provider of digital asset market data, secured $110 million in a funding round led by S&P Global. Strategic investors include DRW, Susquehanna, and the Royal Bank of Canada.
The company intends to use the capital to scale its regulated data infrastructure. Kaiko focuses on providing audit-ready data, methodology transparency, and regulatory-compliant feeds for institutional clients.
The funding coincides with recent milestones for the company. On September 1, 2026, Kaiko and S&P Global launched co-branded digital asset indices. On September 2, 2026, Kaiko became a finalist in the Swift Hackathon 2026.
Kaiko aims to address the data requirements of traditional financial institutions that are increasingly tokenizing real-world assets like bonds and equities. These firms require reliable, real-time data to support pricing and risk management for blockchain-based settlements.
