K2Tech has launched an AI agent integrated directly into the 1C:Enterprise ecosystem. The tool allows users to interact with corporate data using natural language, enabling tasks such as data analysis, identifying financial discrepancies, and automating routine business processes.
The agent operates by accessing 1C metadata, documents, and code, allowing it to function across various configurations including ERP, accounting, and asset management. It supports specific roles, such as financial directors, accountants, and IT support staff, by providing insights and troubleshooting technical issues.
A key feature of the solution is the ability to save successful action sequences as reusable skills. These skills can be triggered manually or scheduled to run automatically. The agent functions within existing user permission levels, ensuring security through audit logs and mandatory confirmation for sensitive operations.
The architecture of the system relies on a combination of LLM, MCP tools, and 1C data. According to Andrey Khashkin, senior technical manager at K2Tech, the agent distinguishes itself from standard search-based AI by independently selecting tools and executing tasks directly within the 1C environment.
