K2 Cloud and K2 Cybersecurity have completed a project to secure data transmission between the Whoosh electric scooter rental service and state information systems (GIS). The implementation took one and a half months.

The project was initiated to comply with FSTEC Order No. 117. Specialists conducted an infrastructure audit and developed a plan to integrate certified cryptographic information protection tools (SKZI) without requiring a complete overhaul of the existing infrastructure.

The target infrastructure was deployed in the K2 Cloud. The deployment included hardware cryptographic gateways with firewall and intrusion detection capabilities, security analysis tools, and access control based on certified operating systems.

Following the implementation, the infrastructure was placed under full management by K2 specialists. The project concluded with an independent compliance assessment conducted by an attesting organization.
