Jupiter Exchange has introduced perpetual futures for SPCX, HYPE, and ZEC on the Solana blockchain. The platform also launched markets for JUP, SNDK, and SKHYNIX on September 22, 2026.
The new assets support up to 20x leverage using USDC as collateral. In contrast, JUP perpetual futures are limited to 10x leverage. These contracts operate on the GUM orderbook engine, which is separate from the existing JLP liquidity pool.
Market data is provided by Chainlink oracles, with funding rates settling on an hourly basis. Trading is available 24/7, providing continuous access to assets like tokenized SpaceX shares, which lack a traditional round-the-clock spot market.
Access to these beta markets is restricted to users who have staked at least 69 JUP tokens. The inclusion of HYPE is notable as it represents a derivative of a competing exchange's native token, while SPCX offers exposure to private SpaceX equity.
