The newly formed Swiss company Joya has consolidated the charging operations of Energie 360° Mobilität, Gofast, Swisscharge, and Move Mobility. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the utility provider Energie 360°, Joya now operates the largest public charging network in Switzerland.
The network includes 7,500 public charging points, of which 1,800 are fast-charging stations. Beyond public infrastructure, the company manages a total of 25,000 charging points when including private and fleet-based units. Of the public total, 2,200 points are part of Joya’s proprietary network, while 5,300 are operated for partners like Coop.
Joya plans to invest CHF 150 million by 2030 to expand its national infrastructure. The company is also developing a loyalty program and intends to implement Autocharge and Plug & Charge technologies by 2027. Future efforts will focus on roaming offers for neighboring countries.
The company is launching a new mobile application for users to manage sessions and payments, alongside a B2B portal for fleet management. Existing sites are currently undergoing rebranding, with the full transition expected to take place over the coming months.
