The JGINYUE expansion card allows users to install four M.2 NVMe drives into a single PCIe slot. The device is built on the AMD B650 chipset, which manages the distribution of PCIe lanes between the connected storage units. The product is currently available for purchase at a price of $58.

The adapter connects to the host system via a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. While it supports four drives, the total bandwidth is limited by this four-lane connection. The card features two M.2 slots on each side and includes an active cooling system. A 40mm fan is mounted on the chipset heatsink, though it is not included in the package and lacks automatic speed control.

For power, the card requires a six-pin PCIe connector, which the manufacturer recommends using when all slots are occupied. Looking ahead, JGINYUE plans to release a version featuring a USB-C port with speeds up to 20 Gbps in November. Additionally, the company is developing a low-profile variant of the expansion card.
