JD.com has launched promotional offers for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, which originally launched at ¥9,999 and ¥10,999 respectively. The platform is currently offering a direct discount of ¥300 alongside a 12-month interest-free installment plan for the devices.
Regional subsidies significantly impact the final purchase price. In Jiangsu, customers can receive a 10% government subsidy on trade-ins of non-digital items valued at over ¥20, capped at ¥1,000. This brings the starting price for the Pro model to ¥8,729 and the Pro Max to ¥9,699.
In most other regions, such as Shandong, the total subsidy reaches ¥1,100. This includes a national subsidy of ¥500 for trade-ins valued at over ¥20, combined with an additional JD.com subsidy of ¥600 for items valued at over ¥1,000. Consequently, the starting prices are reduced to ¥8,599 and ¥9,599.
To qualify for the trade-in subsidies, users must select the trade-in option during checkout and recycle items such as small appliances or peripherals. Additionally, JD.com and Taobao are offering daily lucky draws for shopping red envelopes with a maximum value of ¥26,888.
