IT i SB Resheniya has integrated its proprietary digital HR platform with MTS Link services. This integration combines HR process management tools with corporate communication and training functions within a single interface, as reported by MTS Link representatives.
The HR platform allows managers to manage employee profiles, search for specialists by skills, and track personnel requests. It includes modules for goal setting, project portfolio management, and tracking project costs. The system also supports vacation planning and KPI analytics for various departments and branches.
The platform features an API for integration with 1C:ZUP, access control systems, and other corporate software to reduce manual data entry. The product is officially included in the Unified Register of Russian Software maintained by the Ministry of Digital Development.
The integration with MTS Link provides users with access to corporate chats, online meetings, and feedback forms. Additionally, it enables corporate training through the MTS Link Courses module, allowing managers to monitor employee progress and skill development directly from the HR platform.
