Stockholm-based startup IPercept has secured $16.5 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was co-led by Isogon Ventures and 2150, with participation from existing investors Luminar Ventures, RunwayFBU, J12 Ventures, and AI.Fund.
Founded in 2019 by Karoly Szipka and Andreas Archenti, the company provides diagnostic technology for CNC machines. The hardware attaches to the moving parts of machines to monitor motion at a micrometre level without requiring integration with machine controllers or IT networks.
The solution is compatible with approximately 300 CNC machine manufacturers and requires a few hours for installation. It does not rely on historical data, functioning instead like an MRI scan to prevent equipment failure.
IPercept currently serves over 30 enterprise clients, including Airbus, Bosch, Hitachi Energy, Scania, and Volvo. The company has tripled in size over the past six to eight months and now employs more than 20 people.
The new capital will support the company's expansion into the United States market and the hiring of dedicated staff. Previously, the startup raised €5 million in a seed round in May 2025.
