Invitro has integrated the Gmonit observability platform to centralize monitoring across its critical applications, databases, and infrastructure. The implementation aims to improve digital service stability and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements for medical institution clients.

The system provides end-to-end performance tracking for over 100 internal applications, including Java, .NET, SQL Server, and CRM systems. Gmonit monitors a total data volume exceeding 300 TB, which is hosted across 100 database servers.

The platform enables detailed observability at the transaction level, featuring distributed request tracing from user actions to external service calls. This functionality allows IT teams to identify bottlenecks and root causes of incidents through unified dashboards.

The deployment also covers infrastructure and corporate platforms, including 1C monitoring and resource consumption tracking. According to CIO Ruslan Kaymakov, the solution provides transparency across all levels, allowing the company to address issues before they impact customers.
