Insta360 has launched the Luna Ultra concert telephoto bundle, featuring a new teleconverter lens. The kit includes the camera, the lens, and a carrying case, priced at ¥4358.
The new teleconverter extends the camera's zoom capability to 22.5x with a 450mm equivalent focal length. Additionally, the internal zoom has been increased from 12x to 15x, equivalent to 300mm.
The device incorporates AI-powered image enhancement for zoom levels above 9x, specifically designed for low-light and high-contrast environments like concerts. It also features a dedicated stage mode to manage complex lighting, exposure, and focus.
New software features include 4K vertical video recording, vertical photo capture, and cinematic live photo modes. The camera is powered by a Qualcomm 4nm chip paired with dual professional imaging processors.
The system includes advanced audio recording modes, such as stage-focused beamforming to reduce crowd noise. Users can also utilize a new 'photo-while-recording' function to capture live photos without interrupting video sessions.
