Injective, a Layer-1 blockchain for financial applications, now hosts 135 active perpetual markets for real-world assets (RWA). These markets represent nearly half of the platform's total offerings and include equities, foreign exchange, commodities, and indices.

The platform provides access to pre-IPO assets, including shares of private companies such as SpaceX and OpenAI. Since early 2025, the cumulative trading volume across these RWA perpetual markets has exceeded $5.3 billion.

On October 12, 2026, Injective became the first Layer-1 blockchain to register as an SEC transfer agent. This status allows the network to maintain official securities ownership records on-chain in compliance with regulations.

Following a whitepaper released on October 7, 2026, the network introduced native RWA issuance, role-based permissions, and iAssets derivatives. Additionally, over $1 billion in mortgage records have been tokenized, with Pineapple Financial targeting $10 billion in total tokenization.
