InfoTeCS and TREI have confirmed the compatibility of their solutions to secure communication channels within industrial control systems. The integration involves the ViPNet Coordinator IG 5 security gateway and TREI-5B controllers, alongside the Unimod PRO 2 development environment.

Joint testing conducted at the TREI facility verified the stability and operational integrity of the combined hardware and software stack. The companies have officially signed a compatibility certificate, ensuring the solution is ready for deployment.

The integrated system meets the regulatory requirements set by the FSTEC and FSB of Russia. It is approved for use on critical information infrastructure objects up to the first category of significance, ensuring protection without software or hardware conflicts.

ViPNet Coordinator IG 5 functions as an industrial security gateway, incorporating features such as SPI and DPI firewalls, a GOST VPN cryptographic gateway, and a router. It also supports Wi-Fi access, GSM connectivity, and the Modbus RTU/TCP industrial protocol.

The vendors intend to continue their partnership to develop further integrated industrial cybersecurity tools. Both companies remain committed to maintaining their products to comply with current security standards and to protect critical infrastructure.
