The new version 3.1 of the ASMO-TOiR software suite, developed by AO Informatika, introduces a dedicated Reliability module. This module utilizes FMECA, RCM, and RCA methodologies to shift maintenance focus from reactive repairs to proactive failure prevention. It includes tools for identifying vulnerable components, defining service strategies, and analyzing past failures using Ishikawa diagrams and Why-analysis.

The updated system features a Reliability metrics dashboard that calculates key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, MTW, and two variants of the technical readiness coefficient. These metrics provide maintenance departments with data-driven insights into equipment health and operational efficiency.

The Planning module has been enhanced with operational scheduling capabilities visualized via Gantt charts. The system automatically calculates task durations and identifies potential conflicts, such as personnel overloads or skill mismatches. Users can generate and compare alternative scheduling scenarios to optimize resource allocation.

Additional functional updates include hierarchical equipment shutdown management, warranty service regulations, and new startup-shutdown request workflows. The release also adds 11 new printable report forms to the software package.
