IEK Group has launched the Master IEK modular equipment line, designed to replace imported energy transmission and distribution devices. The products are manufactured at the low-voltage equipment cluster in Ulyanovsk, which includes three production sites and the Kontaktor plant.

The production process utilizes an automated line equipped with machine vision systems to prevent assembly defects. Quality control is conducted at all stages, from material verification to comprehensive testing at the Electrical Equipment Testing Center (ITSEO).

The equipment features reinforced terminals with a tightening torque of 4 Nm and protective shutters. The devices can be connected using FORK or PIN buses, and power can be supplied to either the upper or lower terminals. The RCBOs include three indicators for differential current tripping, circuit voltage, and main contact position.

The housings are made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide, resistant to impacts and temperatures up to 960 degrees Celsius. Contact pads are made of a silver-based composite alloy to reduce transition resistance and heating. The company provides a 10-year warranty for the line.

The product range includes circuit breakers with breaking capacities of 6000 A and 10000 A, residual current devices (RCDs and RCBOs), and switch-disconnectors. Additional accessories such as independent releases and voltage releases are also available.
