Norbit has developed a unified digital procurement management system for IDS Borjomi, a Russian bottled water and beverage company. The solution is based on the BPMSoft low-code platform and replaces a fragmented environment that previously relied on three different information systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email.

The new SRM system integrates the entire procurement cycle, from identifying needs and conducting tenders to signing contracts and monitoring execution. To ensure a seamless workflow, Norbit integrated the platform with 1C:ERP, an electronic document management system, the Bidzaar electronic trading platform, and the Kontur.Focus counterparty verification service.

The project aims to standardize 100% of the company's procurement according to unified rules. It is expected that the average procurement cycle will be reduced by 20%, decreasing from 35 to 28 days. Additionally, the labor intensity of manual operations is projected to drop by 20%.

The unified SRM process will cover at least 98% of the company's procurement costs. IDS Borjomi, which manages brands such as Borjomi, Svyatoy Istochnik, and Edelweiss across six production sites in Russia, plans to further develop analytical tools and expand automation on the platform.
