The Moscow Department of Information Technologies has partnered with the Tatarstan-based manufacturer ICL Techno to equip city schools with new hardware. The project involved the delivery of 15,000 MosTech branded laptops to 143 schools, aimed at supporting computer classes and facilitating testing for students in grades 9 through 11.

In addition to the laptops, ICL Techno supplied 1,500 smart charging carts to 407 educational institutions. These carts allow schools to convert standard classrooms into mobile computer labs without the need for permanent electrical wiring for each device. The system is designed to ensure that all equipment remains charged and ready for use.

Ildar Vagizov, Commercial Director at ICL Techno, stated that the company focused on providing a comprehensive solution rather than just individual hardware units. The integration of centralized charging systems is intended to reduce the technical maintenance burden on school staff and teachers, ensuring consistent equipment availability.
