The newly released Nexus 3.1.0 desktop application from HYTE serves as a centralized management tool for PC users. It combines hardware monitoring, RGB lighting control, gaming statistics, and system customization into a single interface. The software is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Engineered to replace multiple background utilities, the application features a lightweight architecture. According to the developer, the tool occupies less than 50 MB of disk space at launch. It is designed to utilize between 0.1% and 1% of system resources, including CPU, GPU, and memory capacity.
The software provides real-time tracking for various components, such as temperatures, storage drives, memory, graphics hardware, cooling fans, and liquid pumps. Additionally, Nexus 3.1.0 includes a feature to identify and terminate conflicting applications to prevent software overlaps.
The integrated monitoring system is capable of detecting potential hardware issues and notifying the user when attention is required. This release represents a complete rewrite of the previous Nexus 2.0 version, aiming to streamline system management while maintaining low resource overhead.
