He Gang, CEO of Huawei Terminal BG, recently shared details regarding his transition to the mobile division. He noted that the move occurred at the end of 2011 following a direct request from Richard Yu, who currently serves as Huawei's Executive Director and Chairman of the Terminal BG.
Prior to this appointment, He Gang was responsible for Huawei's global wireless sales operations. He joined the company in 1998 after completing his graduate studies in circuit and system design at Xidian University, where he had previously earned his undergraduate degree in 1991.
In addition to his role as CEO of the Terminal BG, He Gang currently holds the position of Chairman of the Huawei Terminal BG Sustainable Development Committee.
