Huawei has updated the brand hierarchy for its Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) portfolio. During the launch event for the Luxeed R7, the company showcased a new sequence for its five automotive brands, moving AITO from the first position to the last.
The updated order now lists Maextro, Stelato, Luxeed, and SAIC's brand ahead of AITO. This change reflects a shift in the operational model for AITO, which is now primarily led by Seres. Huawei continues to provide technical support and empowerment for the brand.
The company confirmed that this structural transition does not affect existing customer rights or service agreements for AITO owners. Product definition, design, marketing, and retail operations for AITO are now under the direct management of Seres.
While the official HIMA website still displays the original brand sequence, the Huawei Mall storefront has already adopted the new order. It remains unclear if or when the primary HIMA portal will be updated to match the latest internal classification.
