The Pura X View, which launched on September 7, is powered by the Kirin 9030S processor and features a 16:9.5 display ratio. The device is currently priced starting at ¥5999. The new lighting adjustment tool is part of the system's high-performance game assistant mode.
Despite the new lighting capabilities, the Pura X View does not currently support HDR adjustments for Genshin Impact. This contrasts with the Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max, which supports smart HDR but lacks the smart lighting feature. Huawei notes that feature availability may vary by device and game compatibility.
The high-performance mode in HarmonyOS 7 is designed to improve frame rates and touch responsiveness. Depending on the specific game and hardware, users can adjust settings such as resolution, HDR for contrast enhancement, and lighting effects for improved reflections.
