Huawei has launched the Smart Lock 2 Pro Enjoy Edition in China. The device is priced at ¥2499, with regional subsidies reducing the cost to ¥2124.15.

The lock features a unibody design, a C-class cylinder, and an automatic noise-canceling mechanism. It includes a 161-degree wide-angle peephole, a depth sensor, and an emergency call button.

The 3D Face Raise 3.0 system uses a 3D ToF sensor to capture 307 200 depth points. It unlocks in 0.8 seconds and recognizes users between 1.2 and 2 meters tall, even with a 30-degree face tilt. The system prevents spoofing via photos, videos, or 3D models.

Additional features include AI-based human detection, video calling, and remote unlocking via smartphones or compatible displays. The lock is powered by a 10 000 mAh battery, providing 4 to 6 months of operation. Alternatively, four AA batteries offer up to 7 months of usage.

In case of a total power failure, the device includes an emergency power system. Users can activate a backup source via the emergency button to unlock the door using a fingerprint or a password.
