Huawei has updated its list of devices compatible with the 5A Speed Network technology. The new Mate 90 series smartphones are now included in the supported lineup.
The 5A technology functions as a software and communication enhancement layer for existing 5G networks. It aims to improve signal stability in challenging environments like elevators, parking garages, and trains.
Key features of the 5A integration include support for 5G-Advanced, reduced latency, and intelligent traffic prioritization in crowded areas. The system is designed to address common 5G issues such as poor indoor reception and high battery consumption.
Users can verify the active status of the technology via a dedicated 5A indicator in the status bar. Huawei advises users to install the latest HarmonyOS update to ensure full functionality of these communication features.
