The HarmonyOS Xinghe Interconnect application is now available on the Apple Watch App Store. This release allows users to pair their Apple Watch devices with Huawei smartphones running HarmonyOS version 7.0.0.109 or higher.
The integration enables several cross-platform features, including device location tracking and data flow management. Users can receive call and message notifications directly on their Apple Watch when paired with a compatible Huawei handset.
Huawei also expanded support for Apple AirPods. Users can now monitor battery levels of their AirPods directly from the negative screen of their Huawei smartphones.
The application recently received a 2.0.0 update, which introduced a dual-device interconnect feature. This functionality is currently supported on the Pura X View, Mate 90 series, and Mate XT 2 models.
