Huawei Smart Selection product director Peng Lei detailed the trunk design of the upcoming Xiangjie V8 MPV. The vehicle features a trunk volume of 674 liters, which allows for carrying seven passengers along with ten 20-inch suitcases. The trunk opening measures 1245 mm by 1125 mm, enabling users to store strollers without folding them.
When the third row of seats is folded, the cargo capacity expands to 1552 liters. The vehicle is designed as a family-oriented smart flagship MPV. According to the company's plans, the model is scheduled to make its official debut this month. Previously, it was reported that the car features a drag coefficient of 0.226 and will be showcased at the 2026 Chengdu Auto Show.
The exterior design of the Xiangjie V8 includes a closed front fascia and electric sliding doors. The vehicle is equipped with new Xingheng wheels, which feature a three-dimensional engraved logo and radial lines. These design choices are intended to combine luxury and sportiness, catering to various travel scenarios for families.
