HIFI, a two-year-old infrastructure startup based in Jersey City, has secured $37 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Left Lane Capital, with additional backing from Antler, Arcanum Capital, Exitfund, and Side Door Ventures. A portion of the funding, totaling $27.3 million, was finalized on September 3, 2026.

The company provides an API platform designed to manage value transfers between stablecoins and traditional banking systems. HIFI operates as a registered money services business, focusing on real-world asset tokenization and programmable workflows. The startup currently employs 35 people and maintains partnerships with existing financial institutions.

Since January 2025, the platform has facilitated over 6 million transactions on the Polygon network, processing more than $227 million in stablecoin payments. In June 2026, the firm conducted an onchain repo trade involving tokenized U.S. Treasuries on the Canton Network, utilizing atomic delivery-versus-payment settlement with partners including DRW, Marex, and Tradeweb.

HIFI has also taken part in the initial production trades of tokenized U.S. securities facilitated by the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. Under the leadership of CEO Zach Walsh, the company continues to develop infrastructure aimed at digitizing settlement processes within capital markets.
