HIFI, a company specializing in stablecoin payments and tokenized assets, secured $37 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Left Lane Capital. The New York-based firm intends to use the capital to scale its tokenized capital-markets infrastructure and broaden its product offerings.
The company provides API infrastructure that integrates money movement, compliance, and settlement across traditional bank rails and digital assets. Currently, HIFI handles over $7 billion in annualized volume, operating across 87 countries.
HIFI recently participated in DTCC production trades involving tokenized securities, working alongside major financial institutions such as BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Nasdaq. Additionally, the company formed a partnership with Visa this month to integrate stablecoin settlement into money transfers and card payments.
The collaboration with Visa aims to support stablecoin-funded payouts to more than 4 billion cards globally. According to data from The Block, the total supply of dollar-pegged stablecoins currently exceeds $295 billion, with Tether’s USDT accounting for $183.4 billion and Circle’s USDC for nearly $76 billion.
