HIFI, a company specializing in stablecoin infrastructure, has successfully secured $37 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Left Lane Capital. This marks the first priced funding round for the firm, although the company has chosen not to disclose its current valuation.

The capital will be utilized to scale the company's tokenized capital markets infrastructure and broaden its suite of stablecoin payment products. Currently, HIFI processes approximately $7 billion in annualized volume through its platform, which facilitates the conversion of dollars into stablecoins and enables payouts via banking rails and cards.

The firm is actively involved in the integration of blockchain-based financial systems. HIFI was one of over 30 participants, including BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Nasdaq, in the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) production trades conducted in July, which involved tokenized securities and US Treasury settlements.

HIFI has also integrated with Visa Direct to support card-based payouts. This service allows customers to convert USDC and send funds to eligible debit and credit cards globally. This development aligns with broader industry trends, as Visa reports that stablecoin-linked card programs have seen significant growth in payment volume.
