The limited edition DualSense controllers themed after Grand Theft Auto VI have appeared on eBay for resale before their official release. While the manufacturer set the recommended retail price at $84, secondary market listings are currently averaging around $140 per unit.
Sony opened pre-orders for the two controller variants via the PlayStation Direct store. The black version remains available for purchase, whereas the white limited edition model is currently listed as out of stock. The scarcity of the white version has driven the higher resale demand.
The controllers feature unique design elements, including color-shifting surfaces and palm tree motifs integrated into the casing. Sony has not yet announced a dedicated Grand Theft Auto VI themed PlayStation 5 console bundle to accompany these accessories.
Official shipping for the controllers is scheduled to commence on November 19, which coincides with the release date of the game. However, eBay policies require pre-sale items to ship within 40 business days of payment, a deadline that these listings currently exceed.
