The GreenData low-code platform has introduced new features for document management, registry configuration, and system navigation. Users can now restore eDoc files from backups directly through the interface. The system allows previewing previous versions in the history section and reverting to a specific state, including original content and comments, with automated notifications sent upon restoration.

The platform now supports dynamic registry column configuration. Administrators can use algorithms to adjust column names and composition based on business logic, such as selected scenarios or specific years. These settings are automatically applied when exporting data to Excel, eliminating the need to create multiple separate registries for different reporting requirements.

Navigation within the system has been improved with an intelligent search function for the main menu. The search engine now accounts for word forms, typos, and incorrect keyboard layouts. This update is designed to assist users in navigating complex applications with numerous sections without requiring them to recall the exact names of menu items.

According to Ksenia Zolotareva, GreenData's product director, these updates aim to reduce routine tasks in corporate systems. The changes are intended to streamline document recovery, provide administrators with greater flexibility in managing data views, and simplify user orientation within large-scale enterprise software environments.
