Zach Pandl, head of research at Grayscale, will present a macro analysis of Zcash at the Digital Asset Yield Summit in Singapore on October 6, 2026. The event targets approximately 300 institutional asset managers and allocators interested in on-chain yield strategies.

This presentation is part of a broader push by Grayscale to promote the privacy-focused asset. In late September 2026, the firm filed an application for a Zcash-linked income ETF, which aims to provide biweekly cash distributions to investors.

Grayscale currently manages the ZCSH spot ETF, which began trading on NYSE Arca in August 2026. The company also oversees an existing Zcash investment vehicle with assets approaching $1 billion.

Grayscale classifies Zcash within its Currencies category alongside Bitcoin, Litecoin, and XRP. Analysts suggest that Zcash could potentially capture up to 5% of Bitcoin’s market share, following a rise in market capitalization from $4 billion in March 2026 to $24.27 billion by late September 2026.

During the same period, the price of ZEC reached a range of $1,400 to $1,500. The asset utilizes zk-SNARKs technology for shielded transactions, a feature that has seen increased adoption amid growing public concerns regarding privacy and surveillance.
