The new version 2.71.0 of the GPU-Z utility brings expanded monitoring capabilities for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-series Blackwell GPUs. Users can now track hot-spot temperatures and individual memory chip readings, allowing for the identification of uneven cooling across the graphics card memory array.
The update adds an overclocking readout in the Advanced tab for NVIDIA hardware. This feature displays specific clock frequencies, including crossbar, system, and video clocks, alongside boost lock identification. Additionally, users can now monitor system and L2 cache clocks, though these sensors must be manually enabled.
GPU-Z v2.71.0 introduces a real-time PCI-Express bandwidth monitor for NVIDIA GPUs, reporting data in GB/s. The utility also includes a visual indicator to show when a sensor is not being logged to a file. These diagnostic tools are designed to provide deeper insight into graphics subsystem performance.
The release expands hardware support to include a wide range of new devices. This covers the NVIDIA RTX 5060, RTX 4070 10 GB, and various server-grade cards. The update also adds support for Intel Panther Lake, Lunar Lake, and Arrow Lake H processors, as well as Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 series chips.
