Google has introduced a new Shop devices section within the Play Store, enabling users to browse and purchase hardware directly through the application. This feature is currently being rolled out to a limited number of users.
The new menu includes Google-branded products such as the Pixel 10a, Pixel 11 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 5, and Pixel Buds Pro 2. Some users have also reported seeing listings for the Samsung Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Selecting a device card redirects users to the Google Store to finalize their purchase. While Google confirms that the Play Store will feature both Google and Samsung hardware, the company does not currently sell Samsung smartphones directly, leaving the integration process unclear.
Previously, Google experimented with promotional banners for the Galaxy Watch 8 in the Play Store, which included a $20 discount. The current device section does not feature such offers, with all products listed at standard retail prices.
