Gigant-Kompleksnye Sistemy and Basealt SPO have confirmed the compatibility of the Gigant GKS-777 workstation with the Alt Workstation 11 operating system. This solution is intended for corporate and government organizations transitioning to domestic hardware and software.
The testing process covered the installation and update of the OS, processor performance under load, network interfaces, and peripheral support. The verified configuration includes an Intel Core i5-12500 processor, 16 GB of DDR5 RAM, a 512 GB SSD, and Intel UHD Graphics 770.
Engineers tested HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 2.0, USB 3.x, and network interfaces with gigabit and 2.5-gigabit speeds. The compatibility check ensures that IT departments can focus on deploying specific applications rather than verifying basic hardware-software interaction.
The Gigant GKS-777 workstation is listed in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry of Russian industrial products. Alt Workstation 11 is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software under number 1292, meeting requirements for domestic origin.
