Gigabyte has officially released updated UEFI BIOS versions for its H610 and B760 motherboard series. These updates enable compatibility with Intel's upcoming desktop processors, which are currently identified as the Raptor Lake Next generation.
The manufacturer confirmed that these new processors are expected to launch in early 2027. Despite the update, the company noted that the architecture of these upcoming chips does not feature fundamental changes compared to the existing Raptor Lake Refresh lineup.
Users can now download the necessary firmware updates directly from the official Gigabyte support channels. This move positions the company as the first to provide support for the next iteration of the LGA1700 socket platform.
