Geely is set to unveil the plug-in hybrid crossover Monjaro EM-i at the Paris Motor Show on October 12. The vehicle is built on the GEA Evo platform, specifically engineered for electrified powertrains. It features the Thor EM-i hybrid system, which combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with an electric motor. The crossover accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.83 seconds and consumes 5.4 liters of fuel per 100 km when the battery is depleted.

The global version of the Monjaro EM-i is equipped with an e-AWD system and an adaptive suspension featuring Continuous Damping Control. The interior design has been updated for the European market, replacing the triple-screen layout with a digital instrument cluster and a large infotainment display. The gear selector is now mounted on the steering column. Standard equipment includes a head-up display, Flyme Sound audio, six airbags, and a 540-degree surround-view system.

In addition to the Monjaro EM-i, Geely will showcase three other models for the international market in Paris: the E2 electric hatchback, the E5 electric crossover, and the Starray EM-i plug-in hybrid. These vehicles are known in China as the Xingyuan, Galaxy E5, and Galaxy Starship 7. The company plans to launch the E2 in Russia by the end of the year under the name Geely EX2, while the E5 will be marketed as the Geely EX5.
