Galaxy Curation, a division of Galaxy Digital, has launched two new vaults on the Solana-based lending protocol Kamino. The initiative introduces institutional-grade risk management and audited yield strategies to the platform, focusing on single-asset management for USDT holders.

The new USDT vault is designed for a moderate-risk profile by distributing liquidity across several lending pools. This structure aims to simplify the process for institutional investors by removing the need for asset wrapping, bridging, or manual position oversight.

Kamino currently hosts more than 80 active vaults and utilizes security measures such as whitelisted reserves. Other institutional curators on the platform include Gauntlet, which manages over $2 billion in DeFi volume, Hyperithm, and RockawayX.

Hyperithm introduced its USDC Apex Vault on June 30, 2026, offering an initial yield of approximately 6.77% APY. Additionally, users of the Binance Wallet have contributed $100 million in deposits to Kamino’s products, with total cumulative deposits reaching hundreds of millions.

Participants in the curated vaults can earn rewards through the native KMNO token, which functions as an additional incentive layer on top of standard base lending yields.
