Fujifilm has unveiled the Instax Pal 2, a compact digital camera featuring a retro-inspired design. The device is priced at $169.95 and is scheduled to reach retail markets by the end of September 2026. It will be available in black and white color options.

The camera includes an optical viewfinder, a shutter button, and a top-mounted display for framing shots. It supports various photo filters and a new Animation mode that captures ten frames to create a short video clip. The device does not print photos directly but integrates with the Instax Pal mobile application.

Users can control the shutter remotely via Bluetooth or connect the camera using a USB Type-C port. The device features a microSD card slot for storage. Captured images can be sent to wireless Instax printers, and the app allows users to apply text, stickers, and filters, as well as switch between Instax Mini, Square, and Wide formats.
