Forus is expanding its reach to new medical offices across the United States. The company provides an AI platform that coordinates the healthcare supply chain and simplifies patient access to prescribed clinical treatments.
The company's data indicates that over a third of patients prescribed high-cost or complex medications never receive their first dose because of administrative friction.
To address this issue, Forus provides an AI agent for every prescription, which is free for both doctors and patients. These agents act as case managers, managing portals, documents, phone calls, and faxes to navigate the supply chain based on each person's medical history, insurance, and financial situation.
Forus currently supports patients in all 50 states, covering 85% of U.S. ZIP codes. The company intends to use the new funding to expand its service to more medical offices.
