Ford has announced updates for the 2027 F-150, featuring a new 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 base engine. This unit replaces the previous 2.7-liter engine while maintaining 325 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

The company is expanding the availability of its 400-hp 5.0-liter V8 engine, which will now be offered across the entire lineup, including the King Ranch and Platinum trims. Other powertrain options, such as the 3.5-liter EcoBoost and 3.5-liter PowerBoost hybrid, remain unchanged.

Exterior updates for the XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum models include redesigned grilles with a split-bar layout and new wheel designs. The automaker also introduced a Carhartt package for 4x4 XLT Crew Cab models, priced at $4,195.

The Carhartt package adds specific visual elements, including anodized wheels, branded graphics, and interior embroidery. Deliveries for this version are scheduled to begin early next year, with a starting price estimated at $65,455.

The base 2027 Ford F-150 XL Regular Cab will start at $40,585, including a destination charge of $2,795. This entry-level price represents an increase of $500 compared to the previous model year.
