The Russian company Flat has successfully registered its entire line of Flat-Phone stationary IP devices in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry. This certification confirms that the hardware meets all local production and localization requirements mandated by the Russian regulator.
The certification process included both legacy models that held the status of telecommunications equipment of Russian origin until 2025, and new 2026 releases. The updated portfolio now features the Flat-phone A10 model and the wireless Flat-Phone WHL10 device.
According to Flat-Pro executive director Vadim Korolkov, this milestone is the result of systematic efforts to localize manufacturing processes. The company intends to continue its technological development and provide full support for partners and clients during the implementation of its communication solutions.
For government agencies and corporate clients, the inclusion in the registry ensures compliance with import substitution standards. This status allows organizations to utilize Flat equipment in procurement processes conducted under current regulatory frameworks.
