The Cardano Foundation and Fireblocks announced a partnership on September 24, 2026, to provide full native support for Cardano Native Tokens (CNTs) on the Fireblocks platform. The integration is scheduled to go live by March 2027.

Previously, institutions lacked native support for CNTs, forcing reliance on manual processes. The new integration allows firms to manage CNTs using the same security architecture and policy controls applied to other digital assets, including multi-party computation (MPC) for private key management.

The support covers tokens adhering to the CIP-26 and CIP-68 standards, which include stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. Fireblocks, which secures approximately $16 trillion in transactions, has supported the ADA token since August 2021.

This development follows a May 2026 integration with Iagon, which introduced staking and governance features. The upcoming March 2027 launch provides a six-month window for technical certification and compliance reviews.
