The Russian company Filosoft has integrated its Majordom platform into two residential complexes developed by Nova in Perm: Nova City and Space. These projects were previously managed by a different digital platform provider.
Residents now access services through the branded Nova Comfort mobile application. The platform enables users to submit maintenance requests, view security camera feeds, participate in surveys, and manage utility payments.
Security features include intercom systems, access control, and Face ID identification. Vehicle entry is managed via license plate recognition, and the system also handles the remote monitoring of individual and building-wide utility meters.
The partnership is set to expand this autumn with the addition of the Start residential complex. Filosoft expects to complete the integration of this third project by November 1, 2026.
