The Filosoft company has updated its Majordom platform, introducing a redesigned administrative panel for property management companies. The update streamlines navigation and standardizes the interface for managing objects, requests, and directories.
Automation features have been significantly expanded through integration with 1C and ITSM systems. This allows for the automatic synchronization of property and client data, as well as the streamlined tracking of technical support requests directly within the platform.
New capabilities for intercom and access control management include PJSIP protocol support, Excel data import/export, and integration with Beward facial recognition devices for access points.
The mobile application now features improved booking for common areas with automated cost calculation, document access, and a unified interface across iOS and Android. Additionally, the company reported that the Majordom marketplace generated over 10 ₽ million in revenue during its first seven months.
