Fiat has introduced two custom versions of its Topolino electric vehicle, named Top L and Top J. These models were designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro and Lapo Elkann. The Top L design is inspired by the Porsche 550, featuring a matte aquamarine exterior, leather upholstery, and Alcantara cabin inserts.
The Topolino is currently priced at $13 995. The vehicle is not street-legal for public roads in the United States and is marketed as a high-specification golf cart. Fabrizio Giugiaro is the son of designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, while Lapo Elkann is an entrepreneur and the brother of Stellantis Chairman John Elkann.
Fiat has experienced a significant decline in sales within the United States market. In 2012, the brand sold 43 772 vehicles, whereas in 2025, sales dropped to 1 321 units. Despite this downward trend, the company continues to maintain its presence in the American market.
