The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is investigating AO Electromash, the largest Russian manufacturer of materials for printed circuit boards, following complaints regarding product quality. The investigation was initiated after the Printed Circuit Board Consortium (ANO KPP) reported critical discrepancies between the declared and actual quality of the company's foil-clad laminates.

The consortium also accused Electromash of delaying shipments and restricting access to its production facilities. Despite these issues, the Ministry of Industry and Trade previously recommended the use of Electromash materials. The company was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers in 2025 due to legal disputes with AO NPTSAP, though it was removed from the list in April 2026.

Electromash has an annual production capacity of 1.25 million square meters. Its primary clients include Yadro Fab Dubna, Rezonit, and Mikrolit. The company's ownership is split between CEO Andrey Dubrovsky (34%), Vladimir Dmitriyev (33%), and Valery Panasyuk (33%). Financial data from 2020 shows a revenue of 1.2 ₽ billion and a net profit of 85 ₽ million.

Legal experts note that if the allegations are proven, Electromash could face a two-year ban from government procurement. Industry specialists warn that poor quality materials, such as those with improper composition or uneven thickness, can lead to significant equipment failures. Other domestic manufacturers, including Vintech and ElectroResurs, also produce similar materials.
