Evraz has successfully implemented the Databriz platform to automate maintenance management for its industrial facilities. The system serves as a domestic alternative to foreign software, focusing on detailed production planning and resource allocation during scheduled repairs.
The pilot project took place at the Evraz KGOK facility in 2025. During the repair of sintering machine number 1, the company reduced the duration from 33 to 28 days, marking a 15.8% improvement. Similarly, the repair of a primary crusher was completed one day ahead of schedule.
In 2026, the company expanded the use of Databriz across all its divisions, including Ural and Siberia. The platform is currently being used for 13 major maintenance projects. According to company reports, these implementations have already generated an economic impact exceeding 100 ₽ million.
The system was developed and deployed in collaboration with partners Maintex, FabricaONE.AI, and Databriz. Key features include mobile resource tracking, automated critical path management, and real-time schedule adjustments via a mobile application, which allows for precise coordination of complex industrial tasks.
