Evernorth Holdings finalized its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, paving the way for the company to enter the public market. Shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange on Monday, October 12, under the ticker symbol XRPN.

The company maintains a treasury of 473 million XRP and reported approximately $300 million in gross cash proceeds prior to transaction costs. This positioning establishes Evernorth as the largest publicly traded company focused exclusively on an XRP treasury.

The project is supported by several industry entities, including Ripple, SBI Group, Arrington Capital, Pantera Capital, Kraken, and GSR. Some of these backers provided XRP directly to the company's reserves as part of their support.

CEO Asheesh Birla stated that the firm intends to increase the amount of XRP held per share. Planned strategies for achieving this growth include generating yield and making investments into infrastructure projects that support the broader XRP ecosystem.

Investors should note that XRPN is a stock, not the cryptocurrency itself. Its market price will be determined by the value of the underlying assets, operational expenses, and investor sentiment, which may cause it to diverge from the token's price.
