Evernorth Holdings, a company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN, has appointed Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse as a strategic advisor. Alongside him, Ripple executive Stuart Alderoty and former Ripple CTO David Schwartz have joined the company's advisory board. These appointments were announced in January 2026 to ensure alignment with the XRP ecosystem while preserving operational independence.

The company was formed in October 2025 through a merger with the special purpose acquisition company Armada Acquisition Corp. II. During this process, Evernorth raised over $1 billion, including a $200 million investment from the Japanese financial group SBI Holdings. The firm is currently led by CEO Asheesh Birla, who previously held an executive position at Ripple.

Evernorth manages a treasury that includes approximately 473 million XRP, which was valued at about $648 million at the time of reporting. The company focuses on institutional treasury management by combining traditional finance with crypto-native strategies. It aims to generate yield by deploying its assets through partnerships with Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase, BitGo, and Doppler Finance.
