EV Realty has announced the acquisition of a new site for a commercial charging hub in the Inland Empire, specifically located at 2151 E. Philadelphia Street. The location is positioned near major logistics routes, including the SR-60 and I-15 freeways, and is three miles from Ontario International Airport.
The site is intended to support freight and logistics operations serving the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, as well as local intermodal facilities. According to CEO Patrick Sullivan, the new facility will contribute to a total of 27 MW of simultaneous truck charging capacity managed by the company across the region.
Construction at the new Inland Empire location is scheduled to begin in early 2025. The company expects the charging infrastructure to be fully operational and available for fleet use before 2028.
